1.5 lbs. flaked barley
1.25 lbs. roast barley
1 lb. brown malt
1 lb. brown sugar
8 ounces special B
8 ounces wheat malt
6 ounces crystal 60L

Hop Bill:

1.5 ounces Fuggles 5.5% 60 minutes

Mash Schedule:

4 gallons of strike water at 174 degrees.
60 minute mash at 154
