Mash Schedule:
Mashed all the grain at 154 F for 60 min.
Sparged with 190 F to 12.5 Gal. for boil.
Brewers Notes:
2 tbsp of Irish moss last 15 min of boil
2 tbsp of Gypsum at beginning of boil
infused pure O2 befor pitching yeast
pitched 1056 yeast at 78 F
