2 oz saaz 5.4% 60 min
1 oz saaz 5.4% 30 min
2 oz saaz 3.9% 5 min
2 oz saaz dry hop in secondary

Mash Schedule:

122f 30 min
136f 30 min
149f 60 min
168f 10 min

Brewers Notes:

used straight tap water……recommend trying to adjust the water to soften it up…use 50% distilled water and go from there.
